This is José, our site construction foreman at Plantation Acres. He is responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of the roads, buildings and site infrastructure. He is Costa Rican, a “Tico”, who also lived and worked for many years in California, USA.

Pedro is our Topographer at Plantation Acres. He is the person who measures and marks out the boundaries of each of our ocean view and forest view lots. He is a local who has lived all of his life in Jaco and the surrounding area.

This is Hugo, one of our sales staff. Hugo is a local, having been born and raised in the tropical forests of Costa Rica. He is actually smarter than he looks (:-).
